Hi
I was wondering if anyone has anyone read the panic away book for their anxiety.....I was hoping to discover what his 'one move' technique is without having to buy the book.
thanks,
Sarah

This book worked really well for me.
http://www.amazon.com/Panic-Attacks-Workbook-Program-Beating/dp/1569754152/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1268252599&sr=8-1
It is a work book that you read through and wright down your thoughts. And answer questions..
