hi all...its been a very long time since i've been on here. My anxiety has reached a new level and im fearful im going crazy or will never get better!

If anybody has had these feelings plz let me know as im so afraid i will end up playing with my lips in a ward

It has been a long time since you were here with us, last time was a Christmas and you were not doing well then.

What have you been doing to get help with your problems? I believe last time you posted you were not able to get out of bed.

Would you feel comfortable in sharing a bit about what is going on with you right now so we can offer supports or suggestions?
