I've been doing the MoodGYM CBT and I'm not really sure if it's helping yet or not. One thing it does do is
open my eyes to different ways of looking at things. I don't think it's realistic for me to expect to all of a sudden adopt these alternate ways of htinking but it definetly puts things in a different light.
My question with MoodGYM though is really how should I go about doing? At this point in time I'm still very nervous and extremely impulsive, even a bit obsessive. All extremely desireable traits lol. But anyway, my question is it best to do one module a day? Should I complete all the modules in one day? I don't even know how it's set up to be used, for right now I just keep doing a module a day for the last 3 days.
