Hi Daniel, I have had all of the above symptoms as have many A/P sufferers. Of course it would be unwise not to get checked out by your doctor as this could be something else, but in all likeliness it is caused by hyperventilation. Try some deep slow breathing. When we over-breathe, shallow-breathe or hyperventilate, our blood chemistry changes and can cause: dizzyness, lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat, numbing/tingling of lips and extremities, nausea ect...I like the divided breath exercise. Taking a deep breath in three steps, fill the first third, then the second and finally the last third of your lungs. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale in the reverse order. Practice this for a few minutes two times a day, or as needed. It basically stops you from flooding your body with extra oxygen-which causes those symptoms. I hope this helps.
Take care,
