Hey Daniel,
I'm sorry but I don't recall all of your previous posts off the top of my head and what specifically you've shared already. I'm sure that someone has suggested that you look into counseling and/or medication in order to get past this obstacle in your life, and it IS an obstacle because you can get past it. It may be difficult, but it is not impossible.
But at the same time you're only 16 and so you may not have a driver's license yet or the money for counseling/medical help. Even if they haven't been as receptive or supportive as you'd like, I'm glad that you have spoken with your parents and hope that you continue to talk to them about what you're experiencing.
Many people who have not had personal experience with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, etc. aren't able to truly appreciate what they're like. What do you think about learning more (for example teaching yourself through websites like this one, moodgym, and others) about anxiety, depression, panic, etc. and then sharing what you've learned with your parents? Print them out some articles to read. Show them a library book on anxiety, etc. Help them to better understand what you're dealing with and show them that it's not just your or something to dismiss.
Hi thnx for ur reply im quite sure its free for counselling in england but ill check.
