Hello and welcome! Your post was somewhat hidden, so I thought that it might get more attention if you were introduced on a new thread. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering right now. Many of us have been there with waking-to-sleeping anxiety. Even though you have only had two p/a's, I'm sure you'll agree that it feels like two too many!
My suggestion would be to talk to your doctor, and get a referral for therapy. So many of us here have been helped tremendously with CBT, myself included. It's a therapy that helps retrain the anxious thoughts, and subsequent anxious feelings/symptoms within the mind and body.
