Hello everyone...i'm new here altho i've been reading the forum for a while... *thumbs up* for the sharing and useful tips.
Wanted to ask if anyone has taken Fluoxetine? i do hv a bit of health anxiety issues, and was worried abt the side effects? i am currently a little on the underweight side, and i do hv bouts of giddiness sometimes. will it aggravate the giddiness or anything like that?
the other thing soemtimes when i'm alone eg. on a train, window shopping, and suddenly some worrying thoughts appear (and i cannot understand why it seems exaggerated tho i can feel its not making much sense to focus on it, but the mind gets muddled up, chest felt heavy and i start worrying abt the effect this thought has on my body as i get restless and a little breathless??!
usually it fades away when i get home or get to work or manage to distract myself by calling someone on the phone....but how do we actually eliminate it? and wat do we do when it comes when alone outside, well not really that kind of alone..like maybe just walking in a shopping mall or just clearing up some work on the computer and stuff...how can we just think of something without it getting blown out of proportion??
