Ok, so I am aware that it takes time for Zoloft to work but need some clarification....
I am on my 4th week of 150mg Zoloft and the anxiety has gotten MUCH better BUT my sleep is still off at night and it REALLY frustrates me which then sets my mood for the following day so I feel my moods aren't as good as they should be, just kinda numblike when I don't get adequate sleep. I slept so well for 5 nights in a row and then BAM 2 nights off and woke up sweating again. My question is does it take several weeks to adjust to the increased dose even though I have been on lower doses of Zoloft for the last year and a half (only increased from 50mg in Sept to 75mg to 100mg and now 150mg)
Oh, and my therapist doesn't think the trouble sleeping is due to the Zoloft.
What are your longterm effects on Zoloft like as you adjust, Do you have "dips" ups and downs until your body adjusts?? I REALLY want Zoloft to work well!!!
Thanks for your support!
