New to group

This is the first time I have used this group; I have suffered from Panic Disorder for 12 years. Any tips and of course support on how to control/overcome my panic disorder is sooooooo appreciated!

Hopefully you have had a chance to read some of the archives (older posts) as there is a wealth of info there. Hi again! Have you been through any kind of therapy? You mentioned past trauma...this can be a cause of PTSD, another form of anxiety. The panic attacks and PTSD can be greatly releived with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can get a referral from your doctor. I highly recommend it as a long term solution. The things in our past can and should be addressed so that we can have the best possible today and tomorrw:)!
