I'm sorry to hear of your anxiety and PA. To try and fight the fear can make it worse thats just the way it is.
Its just reacting to the rush of adrenalin that is with the anxiety which makes it worse so try not to do this.
And be good to yourself - your not a oven that you can turn on and off so this might take time. The less you
react to your anxiety the better off you will be - your not multiplying the issue by making a big deal of it. The
book by Claire Weeks, I think its titled "Help and Healing for Your Nerves" or something like that, I think you
might find helpful - I did. I wish you all the best.
