I have dealt with pretty much every symptom of anxiety... Have you ever passed out from anxiety? I'm guessing you HAVE NOT. So when you are feeling this way, tell yourself this: This anxiety is making me think I am dizzy.. but I am really not.. Tell yourself that you have never passed out from this and you most likely will never pass out from it.. You have to make yourself believe this, trust yourself! This has always helped me when I felt like I was going to pass out.. Hope it helps. Just remember, anxiety is only a feeling (just like sadness, happy, excited, etc..)but can make you feel like there are truely physical things wrong. So until you believe yourself, you will prob still feel this way..
