Hi Paige, I'm glad to hear that your tests all came back normal!...now you've just got to work on believing in that:)

I know it's hard (if not impossible) to believe that all could be well with your body when you have all of these strange sensations, but it is true. Anxiety can really cause all of your strange symptoms.

Keep working on managing the anxiety, and you will see the dizziness, vision problems, muscle control problems, ect... subside.

Last week, one morning I was slighty stressed and started to feel really unwell. dizzy, nauseated, not in control, ect... I almost thought that I was coming down with the flu or something. I did some breathing and relaxation and started to feel better. I soon forgot about feeling poorly, and later that day went for a run and actually did about 6 miles.

It just goes to show that our bodies can feel/act sick when we are anxious, but are physically fine! There's no way that I could have completed that run (okay more of a jog really!) if I had really been as sick as I'd felt earlier!

Try to choose to trust in what your test results have told you. Keep your test reults somewhere you can see them when you need reassurance. Work on your recovery, and you will start to feel better about all of this soon:)
