housing anxiety continued getting better i think

sorry if im boring everyone with these posts lol i thought i may aswell finished what i started here.. so my plan is this.. today thats it, no more looking, im exhausted and i cant wait forever for a place that may never exist i have to go with something stick with it and be happy, i applied for the townhome and also for a house but its on a main road and i have no idea how ill feel about that once im there.. my anxiety is kicking off saying what if i cant handle it, what if i hate it, what if i want peace and quiet and all i hear is cars.. what should i do, i seriously need to get out of my parents place, but then i think what if i just get used to it, what if iam alright i dunno just stupid talk as usual, do u think ill be ok? i just need to go for something and be happy, should i take the townhome instead, but  then its neighbours that could be the issue.. but i think no matter what ill always have an anxiety issue because im not rich enough to have something that will get rid of all my issues which sux so i just need to make up my mind and i need you guys to help me do that :) but its out of the townhouse and that house now because im just over this, i want to start living my life and stop worrying about houses argggh. i know how stupid my issues are and so many ppl out there suffering so much worse, but i cant help it this is so important to me to be at peace and happy where im living and ive been so stressed.  peace everyone x
