Cat, Kudos on mentioning the Magnesium. More people than not are deficient in magnesium, which calms the nervous system. I hope everyone knows to check with their Dr. before adding/deleting anything med wise.
I also have started taking a few minutes am/pm to think about the day and honor the positive things that have happed. Even if I have to strain to come up with something, there always is something good.
