Hey Guys,

For a change I just wanted to throw out something positive.Met

with psychiatrist for med rx. and she seemed more real this time

 - not mailing it in. She asked real questions and although answers

obvious, seemed genuine in our conversation. Nothing earth

shattering - just real. 

Here is to a day of trust:doing the best I can, not being so hard

on myself , overthinking,etc... Just letting go.

I wish everyone improvement in whatever they wish to do.

That was a very nice post. Thank you for sharing. It is always good to hear something positive going on in this world. Especially with the members here on HealingWell.

I am really happy that your therapy went well, as I am sure everybody else here is also. Keep posting and know that we all care about you.

Yeah!!! So is this your regular P-doc, of did you switch to a new one like you were considering?

Either way, it sounds like you are now getting the care that you need, so that is good news indeed:)

Keep up the good work in being pro-active in your recovery, and keep us posted.

Thank you both for your support and replies. The psychiatrist is

the same one I have been seeing since last summer - mainly

because my reg doctor would not give me xanax. I know psyctrsts

are mainly there to give out meds but this one in the past was

indifferent and said little - to the point when a couple a times ago

when I had a bad day and was in no mood for this attitude - she

noticed and said she can give me a few min to talk about it - I

looked at her straight in the eyes and said " just give me the rx".

Another patient I spoke with noticed her in/out attitude also.

So anyways she must of noticed because this was a more professional

positive experience. I have not found another P-doc yet.
