Yes, I think that a lot of us can relate to this. Our anxious brains get conditioned to feeling one way (high alert!) and any change, even a positive one causes us to worry.
Try not to anticipate, or let your mind seek out stress, symptoms, ect...Use a positive affirmation like "This is the way I'm meant to feel and live!"
Enjoy these good times, and know that as you get along in your recovery, they will increase and last longer if you can let go and let them happen:)
