Hi
My ankle have been swelling up and my knee caps hurts. Am I worried? Yes I am.

Call your doctor and put your mind at ease. Elevate your ankle. That's all I know. Hope you are fine

Hi bam, good on you no dr google, do what panic said call the dr elevate your ankle maybe put an ice pack on it....and rest and relax. It doesn't sound like anything too serious to me....hugs shannon
