Hello everyone!
Time for my two cents again. Last night I was replying to a post and I found this wonderful reply to me from Joni....she says this

This is my sole purpose for being here...I want to help give back to others what anxiety is taking away. If I can help and support others to possibly get on the road to recovery, then I know I am doing what my maker would want me to do!



So I encourage all of you that read these post to post...This is not only a site to help the ones struggling and that post, but it is also a site to inspire and encourage. I think I can speak for Kit and SC and Shanney and all the others that are cheering you on....we certainly would love to see you post your personal victories or progress made from baby steps, no matter how big or small...there is power to others that read your stories of progress!!!



Think about it this way....when we make a difference to help others, not only are they getting themselves back into enjoying life, but in some cases...maybe many cases? you have a child getting a healthier mom back or dad back....you maybe helping a spouse get back their loved one, so that they maybe able to experience a more fulfilling and enjoyable life. Make no mistake...the loved ones around us that suffer...love us and hurt for us and would do anything to change it. But because they may not experience what we do, they don't understand it completely and don't have the knowledge of what to do to make it better. With that said...it makes people sad and hurt to see someone have to endure this awful panic and anxiety thing.



So just a few positive words from our great people on this site may make a really powerful impact on someone else's life.....Post away and don't be shy, we want to hear from you....the good and the bad.

And thank you so much Joni for the wonderful words...kind of melted me in a good way.

This is a great post. It is important for members to both post and reply to others. I have had great support over the last 4 years from members on HW but also enjoy supporting and helping others who are in the same situation.
