advice on issues!!

ok im back, i applied for a townhouse really nice one and i got it but now i dont know if i should go for it because of issues such as.. i swore i would never live in a unit again.. due to neighbours lack of sleep which then of course worsened anxieties, and then theres the issue of the place its at, its a place i used to visit in the horrible past that i would love to not be reminded of, however its such a beautiful place.. and i havent been there alot only a handful of times i never lived therebefore and i thought i could just recreate good memories there, its such an awesome place and i want so badly to be able to live there but minus issues and anxiety probs coz at the moment, im fine and free of crap but the house we live in isnt that great and i have no love for it, im not real happy here but at least im sane i suppose and i feel good i just feel like id be even better if i had a better place. what should i do???

I agree with Kitt. I think the best way to overcome the stronghold those old memories have on you is to develop new and happy ones. From your post, it sounds like you have a real passion for this place. Try to focus on the beauty of it all and make it your own. Best wishes :)
