Hi and welcome. I am sorry to hear of your recent symptoms and the confusion that they are causing you.
It is very confusing to distinguish anxiety symptoms and something medical that could be related to something such as a seizure, or other physical episodes. This is why so many people with anxiety, end up having an overload of health worries...it feels as if something is seriously wrong.
Since you did have seizures at one point in your life, it is somewhat logical to think that the sensations that you experienced could be a return of another seizure...so going to your doctor was the right move!
When you say that your doctor told you that you had a panic attack, what exactly did you feel? Have you had one prior or since?
The fact that you feel the symptoms when stressed or worried, would support that it was anxiety related. Also the fact that you have been checked out by a doctor is comforting, and he/she is probably right with that diagnoses.
However, you are your own best advocate, so if you feel that this could be seizure related, there is nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion, or seeing a specialist (neurologist) I am pretty sure that they could see evidence of seizures activity with and MRI.
I hope that you get the answers that you need soon. If is does turn out to be anxiety...we are here for you, so post with us anytime you have a question and need some support:)
Take care,
Scaredy Cat
p.s. I did have to edit your post as per rule #1
