Hi I have all of these same symptoms lately too and it is very scary and weighs heavy on my mind all the time. I am 22 and I just recently started having all of these same symptoms, I cant tell if it is my mind sometimes that does it out of fear or if I am actually suffering from ms. I thought that maybe I was the only one with this but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they have found out about their symptoms. Thank you

Hi Collyman and welcome! I am sorry that you are having trouble with confusing symptoms lately.

It can be really hard to distinguish between anxiety symptoms and those from an illness, because they are both entirely physical...the difference lies in their origin!

I would suggest first going to get a complete check up from your PCP. Explain all the symptoms that you experience, and the feelings that go along with them. If you check out physically, and the doctor suggest that you could be suffering from an anxiety disorder, then you may choose to pursue therapy, medication or both to treat it,

You will find relaxation and breathing exercise instructions, as well as a site that gives a really comprehensive list of anxiety symptoms that you may recognize as your own! (anxietycentre)
