Two weeks without a panic attack? That is great! If that is a longer amount of time than you have had relief from them in awhile, then I would say that the therapy is working.
Remember that you are the customer though, and if you feel like you aren't getting your money's worth, or the treatment that you want, then speak up. Tell your p-doc that you would like to try some CBT (cognitive behavorial therapy) worksheets and exercises. (these are very effective and really help you to see the progress that you are making.)
We also have some free down-loads for these in our Resource Guide, but check with your dr. first, as you will get the most out of it with him/her guiding you through them.
Bruxism is a pretty common problem in those with anxiety. If it is really severe, a visit to the dentist for a mouthguard might be in order.
Thanks for the update, keep posting, and let us know how you are doing soon:) Remember progress can take awhile, but it is happening!
