Anxiety and Applying for Disability

Hello Everyone,
Can a person with anxiety and Panic Attacks apply for Disability?

Basically, laws differ in each state, but you should go about getting written documentation from your doctor (psychiatrist) that you are unable to work due to debilitating panic disorder.

Welcome to the forum and good to meet you. Anxiety/panic can be classed as a disability but as SC said you do need to have the medical evidence. Over here in the UK the government due to the current economic climate and spending cuts are making it a lot harder to apply for disability living allowance.
