It is hard I know. When the anxiety hits, it is tempting to go to the coping mechanisms that aren't very good for us in the long run. Keep trying to replace those unhealty things with the skills that are better for you both mentally and physically.
In our Resource Guide, there are a lot of self-help ideas that you could give a try. Take it in small steps. If you find that you need extra help, you could always confide in your doctor for some treatment options.
