bgurlGood Morning. You are not crazy and you are not alone - I was dx 30 years ago and it has only been the past 6 years that have been a tougher battle for me. One of the most common symptoms of anxiety is fear that you are going crazy.
You are an excessive worrier racked with tremendous amounts of stress, but you are not crazy by any stretch of the imagination.
When your mind starts to wander into the anxiety zone try self-talk. Here is one you may want to use: "What I feel in my body when I am anxious are only normal feelings that are exaggerated. They do not mean anything else is wrong or that something bad is going to happen"
