I feel for you. I've been having bad hayfever too. it's terrible. I'm prone to clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth when stressed which gives me pain through my jaw, top and bottom when really bad, and up to my temple. I gently massage starting at the corners of my bottom jaw and working my way up around my ears to the temple. I find it helps. Hope you feel better soon and the rest of spring won't be to hard on you
