Hi Everyone, I posted here for some help & advice & I see that 12 people have read my post. Surely there is someone who can help with my problems please, otherwise there's not much point in asking for every ones advice. I need advice on how to talk to this impending appointment with the Doc as I've said he intimidates me. I also would like some imput on Trazodone as I'm wondering if it could be causing my GAD & panic attacks even more. I'm at my wits end & only 2 weeks ago felt like ending it all but was talked out of it by my CBT Therapist.

I joined this forum & posted because everyone seemed so friendly & helpful so could someone please advise me.
