HOW TO FIX IT GO TO THE GYM GO WALK RUN BUT OBOVE ALL JUST dont SIT THERE THATS THE CURE. THE REASON WE GET ALL OF THIS IS BECAUSE OF FEAR. WE ARE MADE THIS WAY WE a LONG TIME AGO HAD TO HUNT= WALKING RUN IF WE WERE BEING HUNTED BEAR ON YOUR TAIL OR FIGHT THE BEAR .
WITH THIS IN MIND what does our body do? it readies us to kick ass how? a blast of adrenaline for strength TO FIGHT, NOW! LIST UP. TODAY WE ARE THE MODERN DAY CAVE MAN BUT WE DONT FIGHT WE ARE LAZY WE DON'T WALK BUT!!! WE STILL GET SCARED= ANXIETY FOR WHATEVER REASON TEST COMING UP ECT so now are bodies are dumping HUGE AMOUNT OF ADRENALINE SO WE CAN FIGHT BUT WE ARE NOT FIGHTING so we cant WERE IT OFF what happens with adrenaline
are HEART PUMPS FASTER WE BREATH FASTER OUR ARTERIES CONSTRICT ALL TO BE STRONG FOR THAT FIGHT THAT WE NEVER GET SO WE ARE IN HIGH GEAR BUT WE ARE STILL WE NEED TO BURN OFF THE ADRENALINE THE BEST AND EASIEST WAY EXERCISE THAT IT NO MEDS JUST DO IT.
