Help!! IM experiencing sharp pains in my upper chest near my breast and arm pit, it's been going in for two days now! I am 19 years old and suffer from extreme anxiety and depression, I am prone to panic attacks, calling the ambulance on myself, and stressing of sudden death and dangerous diseases!!!!
Any how do you think thus could be my anxiety playing tricks with me!?!, could it be phycosomatic?!?!? HELP!!!!

Hi AF
have you been lifting/carrying anything heavy or doing any exercise? maybe sitting awkwardly or leaning on the left arm? there are lots of muscles in that area so maybe you've just pulled or strained one. I've had it happen when I've carried groceries home. my arm and chest hurt for 3 days. If it's getting worse or not getting any better it might be worth a trip to the doctor.

I am sorry we didn't see your post last night:( I hope that you got through the evening without panic.

I agree with BD that it sounds like just a passing muscular thing.

Hopefully you are feeling better today, and that you can relax and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
