Doing good ATM

Just thought I'd check in. everything seems to be going well at the moment. My anxiety has been virtually non existent over the last few weeks :) I've had some minor moments but the cbt I've started helped me through. I haven't had to call in sick this last month. Before I had my holidays I was calling in at least once a week. I've come to see the up side of not getting the job I mentioned in a previous post. it was in a state government department and the new state government that was elected has said they will not be renewing about 40,000 temporary contracts and if I had got the job I would have been on a 3 month probationary contract. the stress of possibly losing the job and being out of work would have been terrible. Luckily I love where I work at the moment and these is plenty of work to keep me busy. the renovations to my work area have just finished and I can move back in next week. I can't wait to see what it looks like. well it's getting a bit chilly here so I might head off to bed and do some reading.
