Dull ache in my left leg and arm, evening and morning?

Hi there,
for the past couple of weeks i've been getting a strange aching in my left leg and left arm. They are not a pain but more of a dull ache which seems to move up my leg. It occurs mainly an evening and morning. The don't always come at the same time but when it stops in my arm it seems to start in my leg.
I'm a male, 24, i don't exercise that regulary but i am by no means unfit. When i have typed these symptoms into google they seem to relate to a bloodclot which is starting to worry me. Any advice would be greatly recieved. Two months ago i went to the doctors about some pains and he took my bloodpressure and everything seemed to be fine but the ache is persisting more.
