Checking in with news from my echo this morning....

I am happy to report that my echocardiogram went very well this morning!

The doctor's exact words were ...."You have the heart of an athlete. As a matter of fact, you have the healthiest heart I've ever seen. Honest!"

Now all I have to do is wear the holtor monitor until tomorrow morning, and then I'm done with all the tests.

I feel like a HUGE weight has been lifted off of my shoulders (& chest) already! yeah

So now I can start calming myself down about my heart anxiety! I'm HEALTHY!!!!  YAY!!!!

I just feel so good right now, I had to share. I hope you are all doing well, sending BIG ((HUGS))

Wow!  That is fantastic! I honestly wouldn't even bother with the holter test after a great EKG and Echo like that .:)

Great job on getting all of your tests done....it is a good feeling of relief!

Now can you make me go in?!?

You have the heart of a lion !  Good for you for following through with your testing and always keep on advocating for yourself.

Doesn't it feel great to know your Echo makes you eligible for the olympics ?  yeah turn tongue yeah yeah yeah

Thank you all so much!!! That was probably about 75% of what all my anxiety has been revolving around. Since having it done this morning, and hearing such good news, I can actually say with honesty, that I feel almost 100% better!

SC, If I lived closer, I would literally drag you to any doctor just to ease your mind.

Kitt, It's funny you should say that......I am a Leo. I think I'll skip the Olympics though and leave that to the pros. Haha!

Great news Fox!! So glad to hear that your test went so well :-)

I also have heart anxiety and PVC's and my most recent StressEcho was in April and I was told that I have a picture perfect heart as well. I wish that had eased my mind though. I'm still worrying that they missed or overlooked something. Stupid anxiety...

Again, happy for you that you're feeling better!!

You know, I was always worried about that too, but this time it's different. I had every test done on my heart, from Cardio Enzyme blood work, ekgs, holtor monitors, and echo cardiograms.

I feel that it TOTALLY eased my mind this time for some reason. I just removed my monitor a little bit ago, and I have to drop that off at the doc's office Monday. I'm not really worried about it though seeing has how great he said my echo was.

Just keep telling yourself that you've had ALL the tests done, and if something was wrong, they would most definitely have found it.

I appreciate the positive reinforcement! Having tests done used to ease my mind for a few months, but now I think I'm so deep into my fears of cardiac issues and my PVC's that it's hard for me to believe anything the Dr's tell me which is just as frustrating for them as it is for me. Anyway, I'm hoping that a more positive way of thinking will come my way soon and I'll be able to relax and let my fears go as you have done. That's really great and inspiring!!
