Lennon,
I don't know if this is withdrawl related or not...but I can tell you of my experience.
I have never been on medication, but used to have daily panic attacks. I swear sometimes it seemed like it was all day, everyday! I went though therapy and started to get over the attacks while I was awake during the day (yeah!) only to start getting them in my sleep...literally waking up in one (booh!)
I attribute it to the fact that I can now manage my anxiety while I am awake with the skills I learned in therapy...but at night when I am asleep, all bets are off...I am defenseless in a sense, until I can wake up fully and use my coping mechanisms..but it is sometimes still a struggle if I wake from a bad nightmare!
Maybe this could be the case with you too? You are gaining strength for sure, but the anxiety is sneaky and will try to circumvent your efforts! Hopefully this will resolve itself the further you get along in your treatment...it did for me, and for the most part sleep well now.:)
I hope this gives you some encouragement!
Thanks for the update, and keep them coming!
