I hope everyone is doing well! :D
For the past week, I've been taking a few new vitamins - B6, B12, and Omega-3. I heard they were very beneficial in helping with memory and anxiety. While my memory has definitely improved, along with my way of dealing with anxiety, I always have that strange feeling of when you just woke up from a really good nap, or after I've meditated. Maybe it's my overanalytical nature kicking in again, telling me something is wrong, even though it feels really good.
Am I being weird?

Yeah, I would try and ignore that little voice that is trying to tell you that something may be wrong...like you said, it is probably just overthinking...we with anxiety tend to do that!
As long as you feel well otherwise, I am sure that you can just relax and enjoy the feeling of not being in a state of tension.:)
I hope that you continue to do well and improve.
Talk to you soon,
S.C.

Yeah, you're right...the one time I feel good and of course my anxiety would kick in.
Also, hope your vacation went well! :D
