Hi guys:)
Sometimes I get a worrisome thought in the back of my head when I am feeling tired...for me it relates to my health anxiety, and automatically leaning toward the thought that 'something is wrong!'
However, I stop and remind myself that everyone has a 'slump' at some point in the day, and 3:00 is pretty common for a lot of people!
Water is a great pick-me-up since even mild dehydration can cause fatigue. I assume that you also have a (healthy) snack on hand to keep your energy up. You may also try some exercise...even a quick burst of some movement or stretching can revive you:)
I don't know how effective this is, but I have also heard that aromatherapy is helpful for some. Energizing essential oils in scents like citrus or peppermint can help to give you a mental and physical lift.
I hope that you find these things helpful, and that some of them work for you.

We have a TV ad in Australia for a instant soup( i think) that calls it threethirtyitis which seems pretty appropriate :) maybe try a low gi food like apples, low fat yogurt, nuts, grapes for a snack. sugary or starch foods, as tasty as they are, will give a quick boost then make you feel tired again pretty quickly.

Hi sll!
I personally like to have something as simple as apple slices and peanut butter, as it helps me stay energized after that time. I also like to go for short walks or something of the like.
Hope you feel better soon!
