need some help my anxiety is killing me

hi i have depression severe anxiety and panic attacks for the past ten years now i am 30.when i was 26 my doctor put me on cipralex and for 3 years i was fine the dosages was just 5mg every morning.all was ok until 2 months ago suddenly i was feeling bad sick chest pain dizziness.i went to e.r and everything was normal.the next day i went to my doctor he says to take 10mg cipralex instead of 5 its now a month and a week and i dont feel better maybe little also he gave me some xanax to take as needed.i dont no what else to do for the pas 2 months only i have test blood 8 times!!!ecg 10 times!!!!echo 4times!!!5 chest xrays thyroid tests and everything was fine!!!the doctors keep saying to me that my brain make those symptoms because of anxiety and i really feel the pains chest pain stomach pain anything you can imagine but its nothing wrong with me physical.i also gain a lot o f weight the past 3 years i was thinking it was cipralex faults but the truth is i was eating like a pig.i have started diet for 5 weeks now and i lose 7.5 kg and i am still on cipralex and xanax as needed.every time i take xanax it makes me feel great maybe little tired but i dont fear anything and i relax but it has very little last time only 1.5-2 hours for me max i want to take it every day the doctor says no but why? it makes me feel good.i am also hypochondriac and every pain i feel i thing is my end i am thing heart attacks tumors cancer it makes me go crazy and run to doctors and every time i am ok physically at least.i have been to therapist 4-5 times and i wasnt feeling better and also it was expensive and i am poor so i stop it the hospital therapists are careless.basically i am on my own.my family doctor says to wait more for cipralex to work and try bromazepam akamon 3mg half at morning and 1 before sleep.what you guys thing i should do?today i feel a burning chest sensation and i thing i am going to die.anyone else have those symptoms as mine?if yes what you guys do to feel ok?sory for my english i am from cyprus.thanks

yes they have checked my gall bladder and my stomach and esophagus with x-rays blood tests and echos all are ok they also test some blood test called helicobacter pylori also fine.thanks for your respond

You made a comment about a custom made self help program just for you, I honestly think this is a great idea! I have one of those as well, and since when it comes to anxiety, and how people are different, certain things help people differently. I suggest that more people write down what helps and what doesn't so they know ahead of time how to better cope with anxiety. I have a few things that helps me cope with anxiety and fear. One in particular is writing, I will write about everything on my mind, from fears to joys, anything that is going through my mind. I'ts gotten to the point where I write everyday, all hours of the day, and the pages fill up daily. I have practically wrote a book on my feelings, thoughts and emotions. The reason why this has helped me is because it helps me make sense of who I am and why I think the way I do. Of course this is just one way to help with anxiety. I always recommend to smile, force a smile, fake a smile, just smile randomly, that helps me as well :D
