Checking in

Hey all, thought I would check in and let everyone know how I have been. The past 2 days I have been feeling pretty awesome, slim to no anxiety at all. I have been doing more things, even if it's just cleaning. I believe this is helping me not focus on my anxious thoughts. I have also been reading the Bible more, I have never been a strong religious person but reading the stories are very comforting and do help all in its own. I have been praying a lot as well, and going from high anxiety to pretty much none in the past two days, gives me reason to continue praying, and has raised my beliefs! Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all that there is hope! and there will be days where everything is okay, and the nerves are not running wild. Keep your head, and best wishes!

So great to hear! Nothing better than having those days! And now that these days have given you hope, even better because having hope is trying and losing hope is giving up! So happy to hear :)!

stkitt, thanks :) I really try to support others going through this, I know how rough it is to struggle with anxiety, and I know that having a good support network helps make a difference. Sometimes knowing there is someone out there that is listening, or experiencing the same things you are really makes a difference.

I also know that even when I am fully recovered, which I know will happen :D! I will not stop posting in this forum. This is a great community, and seeing everyone support and help others is something I love and need to be around. It may not be in person and just online, but knowing that the world is not all bad and dangerous out there is definitely a stress relief.
