Caffeine for certain. I also try to avoid foods that leave me feeling too full or bloated, meats and greasy stuff makes me feel unhealthy so I try and avoid that too.
Water seems to help with the hydration having a calming effect.
Alcohol at a minimum, maybe a beer here and there or a small glass of wine.
I try and take it easy on the chips and heavy salt, nothing to excess that might cause intestinal issues.
