Health anxiety bad lately - now under my eye hurts to touch

i think it's sinuses but they've never hurt so bad to the touch. i always think the worst as in if i have a sinus infection (but i don't feel clogged up), could it get worse and go to my brain? i'm saying this cause my eye has hurt some the last few days and i heard of any attorney getting a bad sinus infection and he died from it in my town. ugh
of course i will go to doctor if it still hurts tomorrow - just sick of something every day!!!!

anyone else experience this??

I have had two sinus infections in my life...and couldn't believe just how painful they were!

The first on was when I was only seven, and I couldn't stand any part of my face being touched!

I am sure that this is all that it is...and I am equally sure that it is not going to be fatal to you.:) It'll have to be something more than that to take HN down!

Get some rest and see your doc if needed.

omg sc you crack me up!  haha

my doc chcked out my eye really good and said since i've been treating my allergies and it's so painful, he would treat it as sinusitus.  ugh  hurts and ibuprofen isn't helping!!!  he just said "sorry".  ha 

i guess i will live.  i came back to work which maybe was a bad idea.  i'm trying to save my pto though.  double ugh!  ha

Glad you have been to the doctor and had it checked and receiving treatment sinus infections can be very painful I had one when I was doing a ski season in Chamonix and stupidly went to high altitude I went completely deaf in one ear and the pressure in my sinuses was unreal but it was agreat run back down the mountain in fresh powder so worth it lol.
