Anxiety/Nasal/sinus issues need help

i have had this sinus issues but lately i have been experiencing a pulsating twitch on my nose

i have had twitching before - legs, arms and face but lately it has manifested to my nose - most of the time my nose feels blocked and i cant breath properly.

lately little things set me off - i would hear a slight noise and i would jump or flinch - i tend to jump at little things

perhaps i might need to revisit with the doctor because my nerves and sinus issues are really bothering me

When anxiety is high, any litle thing seems not so little anymore. We get our settings maxed out at 'high alert' to every twinge and weird feeling/symptom. Believe me, I have been there.

Breathing and relaxation exercises really work to bring down the overall stress levels that cause the anxiety and these symptoms.

If you haven't already, start practicing these everyday. Two times a day for 10 min or so will make a world of difference.

If you feel you need to see your doctor again, then by all means make an appointment and discuss your treatment options!
