Anxiety is playing up today. I struggled with getting back to work at the beginning of term but the second week has been better. Both weeks I've been totally exhausted by the weekend but at least I made it through. Woke up this morning though feeling terrible.
I can't really say that todays anxiety is down to any one thing specifically and I've felt a backround jittery feeling most of the day since I woke up really early. Is this GAD? I notice it gets worse when I think about work though.
Not sure what specifially I'm looking for by posting this other than words of encouragement and some reassurance really.
