anybody get this

I do quite often. And I have had "jolts" usually at nite time when about to go to sleep. I consider it a normal quirk.

Yeah, I have had these...both jumpy muscles and jolt like sensations as well.

I have heard of this in regards to some medications, but I am not on any, so it seems to be just anxiety related for me anyway.

Keeps you alert if nothing else, lol!;)
