Haven't been on here in a long while, but was just going to update some things as far as me and my Anxiety. I live here in Kentucky, I closed my cellphone business down after 17 years, over a year ago. At the time I was a regular on these message boards reading everything because I had every symptom too. Since then I took a year off did a little traveling and really did a lot of nothing. You think that I would have been less stressed, but really it was the same or worse. Five months ago I took a job at a factory, building cars on night shift. At first I was having panic attacks on the job, but as I got better at my job somethings changed for me. Because I'm constantly moving on the job and worked through the summer months(NO Air Conditioning) I started losing weight, I'm 5'11 and weighted about 194 when I started, today I weigh 179. The weight wasn't the only thing I was losing, my stress and panic episodes are very rare if at all anymore and I seem to be way more in control of them if something does flare up. This new job doesn't pay me a 1/4 of what I use to make and it sucks being on my feet for 10 hours a night, but I really think it has helped to just change things up. No longer take xanex and I also quit drinking beer, which was my only vice and I used it to deal with the anxiety. Not saying a career change is what everyone needs, but maybe more moving and staying busy can help a lot of us. Hope this might be of some help.
