Benadryl and Sertraline

I'm having a minor allergic reaction. Just some itchiness but I generally take Benadryl...can I mix benadryl and sertraline?

Sorry I can't really answer your question as I am not a doctor so would suggest you phone your local doctors practice to ask them the question. I have taken Benadryl with my medication and it has been fine but what I did was check with the chemist at my local pharmacy.

I used to take Benadryl with my Zoloft before, but I now take Claritin for my allergies. The only thing it will do is make you a little more sleepy. You can also look up drug interaction checker and it will give you a bunch of sites. But I agree with Hibee, call your doc and make sure it's ok. My doc told me it was fine. :)
