Hi,
A couple of days ago I had a very strange experience, and would love to know if it has ever happened to anyone else.
I had a "panic attack" with all of my usual physical symptoms: heart hammering, blood rushing in my ears, sweating, shaking and jelly legs. But one thing was missing. There was no fear. Normally, if describing my attacks, I would start with the feelings of sheer terror and racing thoughts. This time, I was perfectly calm, feeling and noting the sensations, all the while thinking how odd it was that I was not experiencing even a trace of fear. The attack crested in about 10 minutes, and the last of the shakes were gone in around half an hour. I sort of decided that I should call it an adrenaline rush instead of a panic attack.
This happened on my fourth day of taking Prestiq. I don't know if that's a factor. Now I'm kind of looking forward to my next attack, to see if this repeats. After 30 years of dealing with panic disorder, this is something that I could happily learn to live with.
Anyone???
