Honestly every time i feel anxious, i think i ask having a heart attack. I do think it is very common, but it is always good to have a doctor check just give yourself peace of mind. I too have always battled with a fear of death and apocalypse. I can't say that I'm not afraid still, but through Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques in a book i got had really helped me understand my fears, and realize I'm sometimes being irrational. Not to say you ate, but for me personally. I can't offer a lot of advice, and medical help OS always great, but know that you aren't alone. Also i apologize for any typing errors, I'm on a cell phone.
