I'm so sorry that you're going through all this hell. I've been there.
Once I learned that worry is a habit, I said "STOP" to my anxious mind every time I cought myself worrying about something ( even about what I'll make for dinner ). Slowly, I got out of habit of worrying.
At the same time, I stopped taking everything that was supposed to help ease anxiety; in my case: fish oil, B12, kava-kava, SAM-e. They hadn't help me, at all, they just kept reminding me that I was "sick".
I faked being healthy until I got healthy. Every time my husband asked me how I was doing, I replied "Great", although I was thinking that I was dying of a heart-attack.
You WILL be okay. Remember my words.
