It sounds like you have two seperate issues going on right now...
For the muscle tension, stretching, muscle relaxation and massage are all good for loosening up.
As far as the sinus pressure, have you ruled out infection? That is always a good idea if you have pain. There are OTC sinus medications that you could take if you have just pressure, no infection. Also, some people have tried a netti pot with good reslults for sinus issues. Ask your doctor if it is recommended for you.
