I am sorry to hear about your anxiety troubles (and the tragedy that caused them)...but commend you on making positive changes for you and your daughter!
Keep up the good work, and hang in there until you can get into the CBT program that you are waiting on.
In the meantime, doing some self-help techniques...such as the book that was recommended in the above post...or other books/programs that you can do at home, is a great start. We have some good Resources in our Guide (main page, 1st post) that can be put to use right away.:)
Keep posting with us as well. It is healing just talking with others who care and understand what you are going through. We are here to listen and support.:)
