I am sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well lately. I am sure that it is due to your work/driving schedule, as well as the time of year...holidays bring on both A/D and life's stressors in general.
I am sure that with an improvement in your diet...and in really focusing on decompression exercises, you will start to feel less symptomatic soon.
Make it an early New Year's resolution to be conscious of your nutrition...this can go along way in feeling your best...and doing the things that help you to mangage anxious feelings. Exercise, meditation, breathing and muscle relaxation techniques...and of course fun and distratcting activities are all really helpful, so try to do these everyday.:)
Keep posting with us as well. It is really theraputic to reach out to others who care and understand...and we do!
